In view of the success of the call for the 2nd MOOC course of Introduction to the Sustainable, Social and Stationary Economic Model, which has been carried out in the first half of April, to better combat confinement due to the global COVID19 pandemic, We are now convening this 3rd year, with the same subject as the one recently completed, from a collaboration between the association revo Prosperidad Sostenible and the Fundación Mobilitat Sostenible i Segura.
The objective of this course is to present the theoretical bases of a new economic model, alternative to the current one, which must necessarily be stationary, therefore sustainable and socially fair. The new model is essential to curb the climate crisis and to achieve a fairer solution to the coronavirus crisis both in the global and local order and a better distribution of wealth.
The course is aimed at scientists, political scientists, economists, engineers, biologists, environmental scientists and many other professions with an interest in changing the economic model. But it is also aimed at any citizen who has an interest in delving into these issues.
Methodology. On-line through our e-learning platform (moodle). It includes a package of nine videoconferences and some face-to-face sessions via videoconference.
Evaluation. It will be done by tests on each subject.
The language of the course is Spanish.
Duration: 39 hours.
Calendar: From April 27 to May 24, 2020.
Includes certificate of completion of the course in electronic format.
